to the MELANCHOLY CONTEST
[link] well on this photo manipulation i tried to show how melancholy people feel. i will try to explain. on the frame i tried to show how melancholy people feels. because i think that melancholy people feels the world very slow, its like everything is on slow motion, and you don't like anything that you do and the only thing that you wanna do is to kill yourself. the clown shows that everything is sad to melancholic people, because if a clown can't make people happy anyone can(only metaphors). and the colored rose shows that everything had an exit. that all the problems have solutions. and you always have something to make you happy. the painting is based on the Salvador Dali frame "the persistence of memory" the womans on the frame: [link] [link] [link] the woman with the sword: [link] the frame: [link] the table: [link] the bouquet: [link] the background: [link] the clown: [link] |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure.
